Yes, I am happy to meet your business where it's at and help you in any way that I can. We currently have web design services readily available for Showit, Squarespace, and Shopify. These are companies that I stand behind and recommend as one business owner to another. However, if your site is on already on another platform such as GoDaddy, Wordpress, Wix, etc we can still work together. If you need help with graphic design products that are not currently listed in our services please reach out with details about the project. Please note that while I do accept custom projects they may still be declined. Reach out through our contact form about custom projects.

Can I get a discount if I bundle services?

Yes payment plans are available for all projects over $500. Depending on the amount charged payments may be broken down into 2-4 payments. The first payment is always due upon booking to reserve your slot, and final payments are always due before the project is completed. If payment is broken into more than 2 installments, automatic payment is required. This prevents any unnecessary delays in the project.

I do not currently offer retainer packages for monthly maintenance or scheduled updates, however if you are a previous client in good standing please contact me about your needs and we may discuss a custom maintenance offer for you.

Currently only full brand identity and strategy packages are available. There are a few reasons why a logo only package isn't offered the primary reason being that it doesn't align with my values on helping other business owners. While "just a logo" is a great first step in gaining a more professional appearance for your brand, it is not going to build trust and authority the way that a full brand identity will. Out brand packages also include marketing strategy which contains actionable tools for growing your business. I mean it when I say that I want to help other business owners grow their businesses, and a single logo design won't help you achieve that.

Our initial communication will take place over email. A discovery or inquiry call may take place to answer any questions you might have and discuss the details of the project. After booking a "kick-off" call may take place to dive deeper into the details of your projects, vision, and goals. During the project we will either keep in touch through e-mail or inside of your client portal. Web design projects often include a recorded video tutorial on how to manage your new site. Fellow Introverts: If getting on a phone or video call makes you break out in a nervous sweat don't worry just request that we keep communication in email. Please note that by opting out of calls/meetings it may create a longer project timeline, for that reason calls are recommended.

Yes! If you are interested in web design services I highly recommend updating your branding as well. Your website is big investment and the branding package will not only ensure that your site doesn't clash with your logo but also includes marketing strategy that can guide you in how to get visitors to your site and how to sell to them once they get there. E-commerce clients may also receive discounts on product photography. Whether you use Tamed Jackalope Studio for your photography needs or not it is HIGHLY recommended to get professional product photography done when investing in a website design.
