When you’re launching a new construction or property maintenance business, your website has to do a lot of heavy lifting.
It needs to communicate credibility before you’ve built a portfolio of testimonials. It needs to explain your services clearly to busy property managers who don’t have time to dig. And ideally, it needs to actually work for your business, not just look good.
That was the challenge with ReUpCo, a new property maintenance company serving HOAs, property managers, and commercial properties across San Diego. Here’s how we built a commercial construction website designed to launch strong.

Client: ReUpCo
Location: San Diego, CA
Industry: Property Maintenance / Commercial Construction
Serves: HOAs, Property Managers, Real Estate Groups, Vacation Rentals, Commercial & Retail Properties
Service: Custom Website Design (Showit) with Jobber Integration
ReUpCo is a new venture, but it’s not a new team.
Founder John brings years of experience from his established construction business. When he launched ReUpCo to focus specifically on property maintenance for multi-property operations, he needed a website that would communicate that expertise from day one.
The challenge? Building a site that:

We designed a custom Showit website that puts clarity and credibility first.
Property managers and HOA boards are busy. They don’t want to wade through vague marketing copy to figure out if you can help them. ReUpCo’s site leads with exactly what they do — preventive maintenance, repairs, property turnovers, common-area upkeep, emergency services — organized in a way that makes it easy to self-qualify.
The “Who We Help” and “How It Works” pages walk potential clients through the process step by step, reducing friction and answering questions before they’re asked.

In commercial construction and property maintenance, trust is everything. You’re asking property owners to hand over access to their buildings and their budgets.
The design balances approachability with professionalism — clean layouts, confident typography, and photography that shows real work (not generic stock photos of smiling contractors). Every detail signals: these are people who know what they’re doing.

This is where ReUpCo’s site goes beyond a typical contractor website.
We integrated their site with Jobber, a field service management platform, to create a functional “Owner Portal” right in the navigation. Clients can log in, view job status, access documentation, and manage their account — all without picking up the phone.
For a company whose whole pitch is making property maintenance “hands-off” for clients, this feature walks the walk. It’s not just a website; it’s a client service tool.

Service-focused structure — Organized around what clients actually need to know: who they help, how it works, service areas, and packages.
“How It Works” page — Breaks down the process for new clients, building confidence before the first call.
Owner Portal (Jobber integration) — Functional client hub for job tracking and documentation access.
FAQ page — Answers common questions upfront, reducing back-and-forth and pre-qualifying leads.
Service area page — Important for local SEO and helping prospects confirm coverage.
Careers page — Signals growth and helps with recruiting as the business scales.

Whether you’re a general contractor, property maintenance company, or specialty trade, your website needs to do more than exist. Based on our work with ReUpCo and other construction clients, here’s what separates a great contractor website from a forgettable one:
Lead with services, not ego. Your potential clients want to know what you do and if you can help them. Save the origin story for the About page.
Make it easy to take action. Clear calls-to-action, visible contact information, and minimal friction between “I’m interested” and “I’m reaching out.”
Build trust visually. Professional design, real photography, and clear messaging all signal that you’re legitimate and established — even if you’re new.
Think beyond the brochure. Can your website actually do something? Client portals, quote requests, scheduling tools, and integrations turn your site into a business asset.
Don’t forget local SEO. Service area pages, location-specific content, and Google Business Profile optimization help you show up when local prospects search.
ReUpCo launched with a professional online presence that punches above its weight. The site clearly communicates their services, builds trust with a B2B audience, and — thanks to the Jobber integration — delivers on their “hands-off” promise before a client even signs a contract.
For a new business in a competitive market, that’s a strong foundation to build on.

If you’re a contractor, construction company, or property maintenance business whose website doesn’t reflect the quality of your work, let’s change that.
Whether you’re launching a new venture like ReUpCo or refreshing an established brand, your website should build trust, communicate clearly, and actually work for your business.
